Our exclusive LifeWorks Rehab program

For short-term recovery, our exclusive LifeWorks Rehab program not only gets you home more quickly, but makes sure that you’re healthier, stronger, and better equipped to live independently when you get there. Most patients are discharged to home within 3-5 weeks. Click here to learn more about LifeWorks Rehab.

Long-term care

In addition to our short-term rehabilitation services, we are also focused on the needs of patients who require lengthier stays and have designed our centers to ensure their complete comfort and well-being. Most importantly, patients will be in an environment where they feel at home and where every member of our staff goes out of their way to get to know them personally. We are also skilled in assisting family members who are faced with the often difficult process of making choices for loved ones and can help with hospice and respite care services if needed.
