As soon as you walk into an MFA LifeWorks Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center, there’s an unmistakable feeling of comfort and of feeling right at home. If you look around, you may even see a few familiar faces. MFA is committed to fostering strong ties within the communities we’re a part of and we’re proud to be a dedicated champion of health and wellness.
As a company, MFA supports health and human services initiatives in many ways: through charitable contributions, outreach programs, service on community boards, financial support of higher education, and more.
At the community level, our employees have selected two primary charities to maximize the impact of contributions: United Way and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. We’re actively involved in community life at every level and also partner with local schools and colleges to provide access to career training and hands-on healthcare education in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
We’re inspired every day by the people we have the privilege of treating and we’re honored to give back in meaningful ways to the communities we're a part of. It's just another way in which we not only care for the people we serve, but about them, too.
