Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information from Gretna Health & Rehabilitation Center
To Our Gretna Health & Rehabilitation Center Family:
The healthcare center is committed to ensuring patients are able to receive visitors in an unrestricted, safe manner.
If you are currently positive for COVID-19 or have signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) we respectfully ask that you defer any non-urgent visit until you have recovered.
If you have had close contact with someone positive for COVID-19, we ask that you defer non-urgent visits for 10 days or wear a face covering during your visit.
When you are visiting, please perform frequent hand hygiene with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub. We encourage you to wear a face covering while in the center, when indicated. Please physically distance, to the extent possible, during large gatherings. Follow all instructional signage in the center.
If you are visiting someone who is on quarantine, be aware of the potential risk of contracting a communicable disease and adhere to signage designating appropriate personal protective equipment if you choose to visit.
The center strongly encourages all visitors to become vaccinated to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
Please call our center with any questions. We look forward to seeing you.
Thank you,
Amanda Powers
