Art Wingfield's Recovery Story

“I worked hard with seven day a week therapy and my LifeWorks Rehab therapists did everything in their power to help me regain the skills I needed to return home. There was truly nothing they wouldn’t do to help me.”

LifeWorks Difference, the Recovery Map and More

Our exclusive Recovery Map is our patient's personalized road map to their recovery. Each patient is evaluated upon admission and is able to visually see their progress every step of the way. You will not find a personalized care plan like this anywhere else.

Patient Education for Specific Medical Conditions

We also provide our patients who are recovering from an accident with a wellness education booklet while they are in our care called the My Recovery Workbook, and then transition them to a Healthy Living Guide so they can continue to set goals and take ownership of their health at home.

If you or a loved one has additional medical conditions or are not finding needed information here, please give us a call. We would be happy to assist further.
