James Bethel's Recovery Story
"I'm a happy person – to come back from four surgeries and get where I am now… that's something that no one can take from me. I couldn't have made the same recovery without LifeWorks Rehab."
LifeWorks Difference, the Recovery Map and More
Our exclusive Recovery Map is our patient's personalized road map to their recovery. Each patient is evaluated upon admission and is able to visually see their progress every step of the way. You will not find a personalized care plan like this anywhere else.
Patient Education for Specific Medical Conditions
We also provide our patients with a wellness education booklet while they are in our care called the My Recovery Workbook, and then transition them to a Healthy Living Guide so they can continue to set goals and take ownership of their health at home.
If you or a loved one has additional medical conditions or are not finding needed information here, please give us a call. We would be happy to assist further.
